Reaserachers found that women who "break the glass ceiling" are likely to do so in companies that had an average of 5 months of turmoil prior to them getting the job - meaning that the average experience of a women in the same corporate position has a harder situation to deal with than their male counterparts. So close yet so far

- dmbche 3y agoI'd say yes - Twitter is in it's most troubled times (I'd guess I'm no expert), and it's the first chairperson/CEO to be a women - she is absolutely given a much worse company than anyone before her!
