I just started a hosting business, and to celebrate that, I am offering a 70% recurring discount on our Basic, Starter, Pro, and Guru Plan.

- dotcoma 3y agoI imagine the prices are per month, but it wouldn't hurt to write it.
- oosdev 3y agoCorrect. So the code entitles you to get a 70% recurring discount on a monthly basis. I was also planning to create a Lifetime deal for the PRO plan at 75$ without a subscription. But I was not certain how this would be accepted in the world of hosting.
- dotcoma 3y agoAs it is right now, it looks like one can get 70% OFF even with yearly plans. I don't really need it (I run a tiny blog), but I would sign up to the PRO lifetime plan for 75$ right now.
- dotcoma 3y agoI meant for the Starter plan. How can you offer Lifetime for the PRO at 3x the monthly cost ??
- oosdev 3y agothe LTD would only be created for the PRO plan. not the starter plan. Else there is not enough value in it. The reasoning is to create more runway short term when offering this for a limited number of customers. Else it's not making sense. It's primarily for obtaining brand equity and spreading the word rather than the immediate monetary value (revenue) for the business.
