- RichardDL 3y agoHey! thanks for checking, much appreciated. Yep, it's really for qualitative information, open ended questions. The questions are not very different, there are extensive objectives set to keep it on the topic. It really talks to you like a person would. We are using AI to do the analysis and extract useful information from all of the conversations
