Like the plague? Together with the Swedes it killed 85% of the inhabitants of my hometown.
- feintruled 3y agoThat 'survival of the fittest' interpretation is not the angle the article is coming from, I think. It's saying 'if you can control the symptoms, why worry if you have the disease?' Or rather, what if you were sufficiently tolerant to a pathogen you didn't display any symptoms.
