- Hamuko 3y agoIn Finland it's a mixed bag. Some offer it, some don't. I think the worst is when I'm asked to pay for shipping when it's a broken product covered under warranty.

- Hamuko 3y agoI'll have to keep that in mind the next time a company like Seagate insists that I pay to return a broken product under warranty.
- thrixton 3y agoI guess with the entrance of Amazon with Prime, this is becoming more normal now. A heap of the shoe brands / retailers at least have free returns and shipping (with minimum spend maybe though).
