This is like the whole world's current challenge. Are we all serfs to the rich? Or does our agency matter? China is not the only one in peril over this. It's chaos everywhere. We live in a time of contraction. The post Ww2 boom was unprecedented, needed people. Few have systems that support & encourage our better individual aspects, but without that sense of agency & drive, we all are weak.
