back in the day i saw an airline ad about how their chefs specially plans each meal and the flavors etc and how much research goes into it (like adding more salt because our taste-buds are less sensitive at high altitude). I now know it is BS because bringing takeaway on the plane I felt it taste the same if not better than any airline food I've had.
