I've done it once in my career 20 years ago and I didn't like the experience. I had an evil thought to pretend to trip and spill it all over the nurse when I was handing it to her, but my better angels prevailed. I passed of course but I won't do it again. It seems this is much less popular today than it was 20 years ago. It was prevalent back then.
