How much one can project to use car battery as one of the major energy storage, given most car is actually sit rather than move.
- wkat4242 3y agoI agree but storage isn't useful if you can't use it. And most people expect their car to be ready when they need it. So all it's good for is to store energy for the car's own use. Which is already exactly what's happening when you plug it in to charge it. If I had a car I wouldn't be happy if I suddenly decided to go somewhere and the car was empty because it had just been releasing its stored energy to the grid. The whole point of owning a car is having transportation at any time you need it.
