My mpv calls yt-dlp directly, and it can even seek.
- dredmorbius 3y agoMine likewise, but it still encounters errors frequently, particularly with YouTube, which my hack addresses. Even after updating to the most recently-available versions. This is on Android / F-Droid / pip. I've hacked those specifically to keep yt-dlp and mpv as updated as possible.
