is it worth it? (let me work it -- missy elliot)
I use uMatrix and selectively adding in js domains did not improve the login situation all the way down to the wire, and I decided to give up
- DonHopkins 3y agoThe Computer History Museum is not out to get you. It's just as annoying for me to watch people whine and complain about being surprised and disappointed that web sites don't work well when you disable JavaScript, as it is for you to look at ads. It's as if some people just performatively use JavaScript blockers to make themselves martyrs so they have something to complain about and pretend to be surprised and disappointed web sites don't work as expected. You're free to waste your own time, but please don't waste mine too by complaining about predictable problems you knowingly and willingly inflicted on yourself. If you really want the Computer History Museum to improve their web site, then volunteer to work on it for free, or contribute some money at least.
