- jruohonen 3y agoIndeed. And why shouldn't governments be allowed to purchase RTB/ad-exchange data when everyone else is allowed to do so? The whole industry is a catastrophe. But I wonder why I haven't yet seen some nice state-sponsored ad-propaganda?
