- petersellers 3y agoRight, because Microsoft 100% consists of highly paid software engineering roles located in the US.
- AverageDude 3y agoIt’s not about poor or rich engineers, it’s about fairness. When people at the top do that, people at other organisations take a page out of their book at rinse and repeat. It’s corporate version of monkey see monkey do. And the worst affected will be on the lower side of salary scales.
