I found that working onsite solves 80% of this. By talking to people and living the work day to day you actually get perspective. It's really hard to be alone and remote.
- x86x87 3y agoI found that working onsite kills my motivation. Between the time lost on the commute, the suboptimal food I eat for lunch, the appearance of working for the sake of working the whole experience sucks the life out of me
- martin1b 3y agoDepends on your personality. Some excel with remote, some prefer hybrid or in office 100%. I would agree that if you have the option to come in, try it and see if that resolves the issue. I work hybrid and, oddly enough, am happy when I'm in the office. It also makes we enjoy when I work from home more.
