In my younger years, I rarely exercised and had low energy and needed constant rest to be able to accomplish anything. What the person said in this video would have made a lot of sense to me back then. It's only once I started to exercise regularly that I gradually gained more and more energy. Make no mistakes about it, it's really difficult to get started and stay constant and at first it will feel like the workouts steal more energy from you than give back. However, if you persist, you will see huge benefits in many aspects of your life.
- teucris 3y agoHow long before you started seeing benefits? Because I gave up after about 6 months of HIIT/diet.
- robnado 3y agoIt took at most a month to really start seeing benefits and about a year to start feeling like i was fit. If exercise is not helping you, perhaps you should see a doctor to see if you have any condition that needs to be treated.
- teucris 3y agoI have. That’s kinda my original point. I think there isn’t as much of a causal connection between energy and diet/exercise as people think. It’s the solution for some people, but many people need get their energy back before they can pursue exercise.
