  Surely that's a fundamental by-product of experience? Otherwise, you wouldn't have the ability to recall that experience. ^-^

    there is a difference between neuron wiring/conditioning/learning and the changes I was referring, too you could say on is changes to the parameters of your brain and the other are more fundamental changes like trauma can cause brain damage which can show up on scans in similar form to physical caused brain damage....

  yes, but it's not just neuron wiring (i.e. conditioning) but more fundamental effect, including outright brain damage
