I believe it, especially for intense stressful jobs. Honestly you could probably convince me that RTO is better for the company. Hence why they are mandating it But it’s not better for me. Ultimately it will lead to a “class like” shift Those that have no other choice will have to RTO. Those that do will likely do either but have more flexibility to stay at home.
