Can The Pentagon Use ChatGPT? OpenAI Won’t Answer.
- ftxbro 3y agoWill Hurd is on the board of directors of OpenAI. He's also a trustee with In-Q-Tel the private investment arm of the CIA, and he was on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. I feel like the Pentagon is almost surely using some form of at least one of these LLM apps, whether those of OpenAI or Palantir or Scale or others, if not funding them. I mean, what I think is really happening goes a lot further than this.
