I tell my lawyer friends who are early in their careers that they should build a practice in this area. It's going to be HUGE. My personal opinion is that in a legal court setting that the burden of proof of an audio or video recording being real should be with the party presenting the evidence. Court standards for provenance need to be met before any recordings can even be shown to a jury.
