Make some money first before you think too much about the moat. it is premature. Focus on solving problems and making money .
- digitcatphd 3y agoPerhaps in most areas, this is the case, but there are a lot of ways to make money yet few lead to being a market leader which usually requires some competitive edge. The largest looming threat for platforms IMO is not only that things can be commoditized today, but the rapid pace of innovation. For instance, imagine solving a problem ChatGPT plugins solved for $20/month a few weeks later.
