AMD doesn't have efficiency cores (yet). on the X86 side, only intel does (for now).

  The AMD effecincy cores are just regular cores with a lot less cache, no? This is what Zen 4c is

    No, that's only on 3D models and they're not efficiency cores, they're just cores without access to the extra cache. They're actually clocked higher.
