The Lego Brick in the Borderzone Between Forms of Protection
- philips 3y agoI went down a rabbit hole writing a blog post about how Lego uses (and arguably abuses) intellectual property laws to protect their bricks and minifigs. And after writing my post I found that someone had written an entire masters thesis on the topic in 2005! Pretty interesting stuff.
