I like to check the source info on partisan posts, and something from the About Us page was just...off. For over almost three decades, The National Interest, founded in 1985... With that and also the dated nature of the isses they mention on the page, it hasn't been updated since 2015 or before. (I rarely bother with the link itself, it's always propaganda. Dang, the only entertainment I can find in these things is in the metadata.)

It's interesting how Dimitri Simes is now completely missing from their Wikipedia entry: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_National_Interest https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_National_Interest https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=The_National_Interest&oldid=1062878269 https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=The_National_Inte... (Dec 2021 version) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimitri_Simes https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimitri_Simes Favorite part: "Simes resides in Washington, DC, but remotely serves as a moderator of the Moscow-based political program Big Game on Channel One Russia, together with Vyacheslav Nikonov."
