Both are important but look is always second to reliability and functionality. You can have the prettiest book cover in the world but if it's a sandwiching a pile of crap it won't sell.
- indymike 3y agoI think in this case content is being blended with functionality since the AI is actually in the business of delivering content. Regardless, I can’t agree with you more about functionality and reliability. Functionality sells, and reliability keeps it sold.
