Of my concerns with AI, the primary one wasn't that it would really replace people but it would be yet another means for people to claim "computer says no" as they fire people. Of course, like most of the C-suite, they'll never face the consequences of their own actions given they'll cut even more to make sure they'll still take their bonus that year.
