I'm not sure at what point in life, someone with your HN score ends up dismissing reality (examples of people making real use of blockchains) in favour of contrived logic (inventing absurd scenarios like buying pizza with layer 1 blockchains, preaching the upsides of a taliban regime and bringing up the industrial revolution in order to move the goal post), but I sure hope it won't happen to me. > the opinion that this Kool-Aid is poisonous my opinion is that it's a certain type of person who is the poison

Well... You've shown no evidence of being willing to engage in thinking about reality. Instead you always look for the most facile dismissal possible of the received party line for your brand of crypto enthusiasm. So you don't have to worry about becoming a person who winds up dismissing reality. You're already there. Enjoy feeling rich from the Ponzi schemes that you're part of, right until the reality that you're ignoring slaps you in the face. And that ends this attempt at conversation.
