Is 300M EV's the best use of manufacturing resources over the next 7 years to minimize climate change? Wouldn't it make more sense to upgrade old factories in Asia with advanced equipment to minimize their carbon footprint?
- nine_k 3y agoPeople who want to upgrade their cars anyway will pay form 300M EV cars. Who will pay for upgrading an old coal plant in Asia to a new nuclear + solar plant, or something like that?
- atleastoptimal 3y agoTaxpayers will, just like taxpayers have been paying for EVs
