The article fails to recommend to use re-balancing feature that allows you to run spots in production without worrying too much.
It doesn't mention either that price-capacity-optimized allocation strategy.
If you want to run spots in production, please read about three two.
There is no major drama if you apply them.
- ericpauley 3y agoThe point of the article is pricing, not preemption. The strategies you’re talking about improve preemption but they won’t save you money if pricing is increasing across the board.
