Sounds like a way to spend a lot of your time doing “cross functional work.”
- MathMonkeyMan 3y agoI never thought about that as a euphemism for "you're doing it wrong." Makes me rethink my priorities...
- asdfman123 3y agoIt’s not, and it can be very useful to the org. But I find it a huge pain in the ass.
