Why does practically everyone in this comment thread think the author said "you should have to manually scroll to the bottom of the page to get a menu," when he said very clearly (with working example!) that a menu button at the top of the page should give you the menu (which happens to be at the bottom instead of inside a pop-out)? I mean, I know responding to titles instead of articles is a thing, but here it seems like everyone opened the article and then stopped reading at a very precise point in the middle of the fifth paragraph.
