it's still in doubt who exactly owns bluesky pbllc, but there has been some discussion and the claim is that it is owned by "the team" (which is vague and doesn't specify who or quantify how much stake is held by a shareholder). again, who owns the PBLLC? after clearing that up, I suppose my other question concerning Bluesky is if they intend to submit their protocol to the IETF or something.
