I don't see e-fuel as a mass market thing, I see it mainly as something for motorsport, sportscars, and airplanes. Toys and energy density sensitive applications. If some rally or F1 cars use ICE with e-fuel and the audience get there with battery electric cars and buses I don't think that's an issue, quite the opposite. Sound is a big part of motorsport. Same thing with sportscars, even though I'll never afford one I like that there are Lamborghini and Ferrari V12 around. I've tried watching Formula E, it's very boring.
