I don't think the author implied anything other than correlation, but interesting question none the less.
- codeonfire 15y agoThe author is also implying that all 'smart' people ask questions, people who don't ask questions are not smart, and that dumb people don't ask questions. And without any controls, claims that 'smartness' fully explains why questions are asked. He even refers to some anonymous "research and findings" which he forgot to cite.
