There are relatively very brief periods in any company's lifecyle when they are able to choose all three and keep them all satisfied. In a mature business, it is almost impossible to choose all three. For big-tech, that era has ended and you see traditional CEO behavior making a comeback (i.e., regression to the mean). That is coming as a rude shock for many. That is probably what is happening with Google too.
