Am I reading this right? There is now technology that can literally extract the words I'm thinking about from my brain with some accuracy?
This blows my mind. I had no idea anything like it was even remotely on the horizon.
- astrange 3y agoOr it's overfit. There isn't a reasonable mechanism for decoding "thoughts" from fMRI. Also, listening to speech isn't "thoughts" necessarily.
