If AI able to do every job, do you really think that people will just starve to death because capitalism-the-ideology?
Also, there's more of "us" ("workers" which, btw, are knowledgeable about the infrastructure) than billionaires.
- User23 3y agoYes hence my going straight to kill-bots. You won't starve to death, you'll get shot by a kill-bot for breaking some law on the books that permits it, like messing with the capitalist autocrat's stuff. I'm not saying it's a guaranteed win, I'm saying I really don't see how AI is anything other than a net win for an autocrat with plenty of capital.
- monsieurgaufre 3y agoAh, I misunderstood your point. You're right that this is a possible avenue. I just hope you're wrong. Or we may have some kind of butlerian jihad on the table in the future.
- weatherlite 3y agoSounds like something that can happen in the 3d world or China, not the West. If it were that easy people like Jeff Bezos would have a fleet of F-15s and nuclear missiles.
