I used CarWoo to buy my car. The price I paid was a clear $1000 under the "Great Price" that True Car suggested, and under the estimated Dealer Cost. Nevertheless, I don't see these services as viable long term -- it's a race to the bottom. With manufacturer sales incentives, the smaller dealers are bound to get squeezed out by volume/commodity dealers.
