    I would think no. Even inside each single country, it is problematic to reach a generally accepted definition. Internationally it's basically impossible in my opinion.

      Since your other reply is flagged I will respond here. Further down the Wikipedia page you will find the following: “In humans, the word female can also be used to refer to gender in the social sense of gender role or gender identity.[5][6]”
