Between far-right people, across Europe and US and Russia and everywhere. Between workers, whatever their political taste, because they are in the same class in society. Between white-collars all around the globe (they even meet a lot). And on and on. Be assured that if there's a working promise to unite a group of people worldwide, that aligns with their respective interests, whatever that is, and they have the means to coordinate, why would they refrain? That's even the whole basic premise of the United Nations, for peace.
