  When i first saw it, I wondered why they didn't just use google's awesome diff-match-patch library - http://code.google.com/p/google-diff-match-patch/ http://code.google.com/p/google-diff-match-patch/ Then, I looked at the source code and saw that it actually was just a thin wrapper around diff-match-patch. :(
