- quechimba 3y agoYeah, you have to be... Treat yourself as if you were your best friend. What would you tell your best friend if they were in the same situation? Then do that. That's what a friend told me once. However in reality it's usually not that simple because it's easy to make up excuses... It's not easy to be human.
