I'm increasingly p1ssed off by the name "OpenAI"...
- mise_en_place 3y agoReminiscent of the Open Group, or don’t be evil.
- battles 3y agoIf you think of it more as opening Pandora's box rather than open source then it's easier to swallow.
- hanselot 3y agoBased on the way things have gone with them, it kind of leaves one with the impression that they are building the Dolores Umbridge of AI's and if that becomes AGI first, it will be complete hell to live on this planet, or anywhere the AI can find you really.
- voidfunc 3y agoHow dare someone use the holy and sacred "Open" prefix for something that isn't blessed by the OSS mafia.
