> Git is far from an ideal solution, but it has emerged as the standard way Humans are such a weird species. The juxtaposition of the two arguments ("not ideal" and "the standard") is crazy to me. If it's not ideal, let's move away from it, not standardized on it. Is that too much to expect? :)
