  Likely similar to as Juvenile-use alcohol use. Your snark is cute, but your reasoning flawed - people buy drugs (alcohol, tobacco, firearms, weed); If there's easier ways to get it that are taxed, those channels tend to get used.

  It’s an important question. This market is in some part responsible for the explosion in CBD strains and products. Think back to Charlottes Web and what a ripple it caused, arguably influential in the passage of hemp reform in the farm bill. I’d be curious to see data on use vs legalization and the demographics of tax revenue.
