Probably best to nip "shadow IT" in the bud with an easy-to-use approved internal ChatGPT connection, rather than hoping that employees don't try make use of the tool surreptitiously. Samsung may attempt to ban use of the tool for their employees because they're worried about loss of internal data, but when the tool hugely reduces the workload of those employees, they'll find a way to use it anyways.
