  These are just my annoyances. I love to cook - so the electric range issue really bothers me. I feel like many of the people who wish to impose these devices eat pizza pockets

    You have to be more precise, both resistive and induction are technically electric but one is much better than the other.

    You should get an induction top. They're just as fast as - if not faster than - gas. There's no way I'd switch from my induction top back to gas. I haven't had any trouble cooking a lot more than 'pizza pockets.'
