- lliamander 3y agoWhat a wild assertion. For many of these problems, the only way you might know ahead of time is if you did a really extensive background check. Such a process would mostly be a waste. It's perfectly reasonable and fair to hire people, provide clear standards of conduct, and fire those who fail the standard.
