LLMs that can be run locally don't even have any guardrails. I tried running gpt4chan on my PC and it was outputting really horrible stuff. Soon it won't matter what kind of guardrails OpenAI's ChatGPT has if anyone with a good GPU could run their own unrestricted LLM locally on their own machine.
