Supposedly, the bill is for companies who produce their own content (just like the existing broadcasting laws) and not for companies that serve user-generated content (like YouTube).
- aflag 3y agoYouTubers produce their own content, though. And they often are limited companies, as they need to pay an editor, receive sponsorship, etc. Sometimes it's easier to be a company, legally.
