Ask HN: Meta Is [Still] Hiring?
Seeing lots of SWE/other position postings on LinkedIn today for Meta. I thought they were/are in a hiring freeze. What gives?
- MattGaiser 4y agoSomeone supposedly from Meta reached out to me today. A lot of the hiring freezes seem to be mostly public relations or only for certain types of roles.
- version_five 4y agoIt just means the recruiters haven't been laid off. I'd be very careful about devoting time to their interview process right now, it might just be a charade to keep the recruitment staff occupied.
